Flamginoland's dolphins arrived in c.1968. Dolphins named Betty, Lotty, Sharky and Sooty (after the famous children's character) all performed at the park at some point during it's existence. The dolphin exhibit closed in 1993 and was the last of the UK's dolphinarium's to close.

Here is a video from the film "The Fruit Machine" of the dolphins at Flamingoland: the three dolphins seen in this film (Lottie, Betty and Sharky) are all still alive, living at a European Dolphinarium. (in Sweden I think.)
